Advantest (Rohde & Schwarz) R3131 Spectrum Analyzer

  • Driver/Documentation: Rohde & Schwarz Download Area
  • Data format: The format that is saved to the floppy disk is in relative units to the monitor of the device, the upper edge corresponds to the value 3392 and also to the Reference level the device is set to.

To calculate the correct values you can use the following formula (Works only for Voltage values):

V = Ref * 10^{ \left(\frac{Y - 3392}{7200/XdB}\right) }

With Ref the reference voltage (RE in the data file), XdB the dB per division value (DD in the data file) and Y the y-position value from the data file.

Please note that for DD = 2 you have to use XdB = 2.5!
